Software Modules Used by ALICE O2

The modules in AliceO2Group:

• AEGIS – ALICE Event-Generator Interface for Simulation
• Common-O2 – Common software pieces reusable in several O2 repositories and who do not have other dependencies than boost.
• Configuration – The configuration system for ALICE O2.
• DebugGUI – Standalone repository for DebugGUI utilities and toolkits,
• libInfoLogger – O2 logging module.
• MCStepLogger – A facility to monitor step data of Virtual Monte Carlo simulation non-invasively.
• Monitoring – The monitoring module for ALICE O2.

The modules in FairRootGroup:

• FairLogger – Lightweight and fast C++ Logging Library
• FairMQ – C++ Message Queuing Library and Framework
• FairRoot – C++ simulation, reconstruction and analysis framework for particle physics experiments
